It’s exciting to hear that current homeowners that have been in their homes for 5 consecutive years within the last 8 years now too get to have a tax credit! So they can move up and earn a credit up to $6500 as long as they have purchased a home by April 30,2010 and closed by June 30,2010! I get many questions about it each day!
